Delivery time = manufacturing time + shipping time.

Free standard worldwide shipping (excluding French overseas departments and territories), no minimum purchase required.

Please allow 2 to 3 days for custom manufacturing and approximately 10 business days for delivery (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Good to know

As each piece of jewelry is made to order, these times may vary depending on the number of current orders, especially during holiday periods (Mother's Day, Christmas, Valentine's Day). If you are ordering for a specific occasion, we recommend allowing at least 3 weeks.

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking may take 2 to 4 business days to activate.

You can modify or cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of its validation. After this period, manufacturing will have begun.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may be required by local authorities. These fees remain your responsibility.

Damaged, lost, or delayed package: please email us at contact@naloraofficial.com with your order number. In case of loss confirmed by the carrier, we will remake your jewelry free of charge or issue a full refund, according to your choice.
