How long will it take to receive my order?
Allow 10 to 15 days: 48 hours for engraving, shipping within 3 days, then about a week for transit. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the piece leaves the workshop.
Does the engraving fade over time?
No. The first name is engraved into the metal, not printed on it. 316L steel does not tarnish or turn skin green.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
As long as the engraving hasn't started, yes. Please email us as soon as possible by replying to your confirmation email: after 24 hours, the piece has generally already gone into production.
Can I exchange an engraved piece?
Yes. You have 90 days to change your mind, engraving included: contact us and we will arrange the return. The preview displayed during entry shows exactly what will be engraved.
Is the jewelry delivered in a case?
Yes, each order ships in its own box, ready for gifting.
